How It Works

Before purchasing, please follow these steps:

1. Make a list of all your assessments, including their order numbers. Arrange them by product.

2. Take a clear image of the front page of every assessment you want to update.

Terms of Changeover

After purchase, email info@fizzywhiz.com with:

• Your order number for this changeover.

• Your email address (so we can send you the portal registration link).

Process & Timeline

Once you are registered on the portal, we will begin the swap-over process. This can take up to two weeks.

Important Notes

• This swap is like-for-like only—no changes to details can be made.

• No refunds are available for this service.

• One cost covers all assessments in a single transaction. If you miss any, you will need to purchase again, so please double-check your list before buying.

• Solid shampoo and conditioner assessments are not eligible for the swap, as they are not currently covered by MAF (The Assessor). You must continue using your existing assessments for these products.

Important Information

• Enter your full address, including your postcode, exactly as you want it to appear on your assessment documents. Do not use commas—the system will format the address for you automatically.

• Use the same email address that was used to purchase your assessments.

• If this is your first time logging in, select "Forgot Password" to set your password. Once completed, you will gain full access to your purchased assessments.
