The assessment will be instantly sent over to our new assessment portal. You will be emailed a link to fill in your details for an instant assessment or you can register to this link first https://portal.fizzywhiz.com/register
This will allow you to access all your assessments and addendums at any time. The portal also provides a basic easy to follow guide to make your products.
You must purchase your assessment using the same email address to your portal. When filling out your details make sure that's what you want to go on your assessments as no changes can be made.
We cannot change email address or responsible person name.
What is an assessment?
Cosmetic Safety Assessment (Flexi Assessment or CPSR) A Cosmetic Safety Assessment (CPSR) is a critical document, prepared and signed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor, which confirms the compliance of a cosmetic product with UK and EU regulations. This assessment is mandatory for all cosmetic products placed on the UK and EU markets.
Importance of a Cosmetic Safety Assessment:
The CPSR serves as the first and essential step in the process of selling a cosmetic product. It ensures that your product complies with the following legal requirements:
1. Correct Labelling: Ensure all mandatory information is present on the packaging.
2. Product Information Files (PIF): A full record of product details, ensuring safety and compliance.
3. Insurance: Adequate coverage is required to protect your business and customers.
4. Uploading Product Information: This must be submitted through the UK Cosmetics Portal to ensure regulatory compliance.

Intellectual Property and Usage:
The Fizzywhiz recipe remains the intellectual property of Fizzywhiz and cannot be shared, given away, or sold without written consent from Fizzywhiz. Only individuals named on the CPSR and those under their supervision may utilise the assessment.
Please be aware that no refunds can be issued due to the nature of the item, and no additions or alterations to the assessment are allowed.
