Your Subscriber Benefits
Your 25% subscriber discount applies to additional purchases of that month's featured fragrances only and does not apply to the subscription box itself.
Your subscription also gives you access to our private Subscriber Facebook Group, where we share marketing content, product inspiration, offers and subscriber-only extras.
All subscriber benefits are available while your subscription remains active and additional fragrance purchases are subject to availability.
Locked-In Subscription Price
The price you join at is locked in for as long as you keep your subscription continuously active.
If subscription prices increase for new subscribers, your existing subscription price will remain the same.
If you cancel and later decide to rejoin, you will join at the subscription price available at that time and your previous price cannot be guaranteed.
Billing & Cancellation
Your first payment is taken when you join and your subscription then automatically renews on the 1st of each month.
You are free to cancel your subscription after your first renewal.
To stop the following month's box and payment, you must cancel by 11:59pm on the 15th of the current month.
For example, to stop October's box, you must cancel by 11:59pm on 15 September.
Cancellations received after the 15th will take effect after the following month's box. You will still receive and be charged for that box, and your subscription will then end.
This cut-off is necessary because we plan our boxes and order and allocate stock in advance based on our confirmed subscriber numbers.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
When Will I Receive My Box?
To receive the current month's box when first subscribing, your order must be placed by the 7th of the month.
Subscriptions placed after the 7th will begin with the following month's box.
We aim to dispatch subscription boxes between the 7th and 10th of each month.
Are the Fragrances New Releases?
Not necessarily.
Each month, we hand-pick 5 fragrances from our collection of over 400 fragrance oils. Your box may include customer favourites, seasonal fragrances and hidden gems you may not have tried before.
Fragrances are selected by the Fizzywhiz team and boxes cannot be customised or exchanged based on fragrances you already own.
What Happens When I Cancel?
When your subscription ends, all subscriber benefits also end.
You will be removed from the private Subscriber Facebook Group and will no longer have access to subscriber-only discounts, content, marketing materials or offers.
Your locked-in subscription price will also end. If you subscribe again in the future, the price and subscriber benefits available at that time will apply.

This is an automatically renewing monthly subscription.
Your first payment is taken when you join, followed by automatic renewals on the 1st of each month.
You can cancel after your first renewal, with cancellations for the following month's box required by 11:59pm on the 15th.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
