When will I be billed?

Your first payment is taken when you join the subscription.

After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time after your first renewal.

If your monthly payment has already been taken, you'll still receive that month's subscription box, and no further payments will be taken unless you choose to continue your subscription.

Are the fragrances new releases?

No. Each month, we carefully hand-pick five fragrances from our collection of over 400 fragrance oils. This allows you to discover a wide variety of scents from our existing range, including customer favourites, seasonal fragrances and hidden gems you may not have tried before.

Will I receive this month's box?

To receive the current month's subscription box, your order must be placed by the 7th of the month.

Any subscriptions placed after the 7th will automatically receive the following month's box.

When will I receive my box?

We aim to dispatch all subscription boxes between the 7th and 10th of each month. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered using your selected shipping method.
