A cosmetic safety assessment, Flexi Assessment or CPSR – is a document, written in your name or business and is prepared and signed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor, that confirms whether a particular product complies with UK and EU cosmetic regulation. All cosmetic products placed on the UK and EU markets must have a cosmetic safety assessment.
An assessment is the first step in being able to sell a cosmetic product. There are several legalities involved when making a cosmetic product, these include correct labelling, uploading your product information to the UK cosmetics portal, having insurance, and generating PIF files. There is full support and guides available in our assessment community on Facebook. This is not the responsibility of Fizzywhiz.
Once you purchase an assessment, you will be emailed a link to fill in your details for an instant assessment. This should be with you in 1 to 7 working days. You can gain access to the assessment community group now with your order number for recipes.
The Fizzywhiz recipe remains the intellectual property of Fizzywhiz. It may not be shared, given away or sold on without Fizzywhiz written consent.
