This addendum may only be attached to the specific Assessment Set selected at checkout. It is not transferable and may only be used by the person named on the document.

Important Soap Base Restriction

This addendum is valid for White SLS-Free Melt & Pour Soap Base and Clear SLS-Free Melt & Pour Soap Base only. It does not apply to Goat Milk, Shea, Triple Butter, Donkey Milk, Oatmeal & Shea, No Sweat or any other soap bases unless specifically stated on the assessment.
