This addendum permits the following cosmetic-grade citrus essential oils: Lemon, Lime, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Melissa, Lemongrass, Bergamot, Citronella and Petitgrain. All oils must be cosmetic-grade and purchased from a reputable cosmetic raw material supplier. No homemade, food-grade or home-distilled essential oils.
