You must have already purchased the Bath & Body Range Toner Set 23 assessment before purchasing this addendum.

This is an add-on to your existing assessment and cannot be used independently.

A separate addendum is required for each applicable assessment or scent collection you wish to extend.

This addendum permits the replacement of witch hazel with the approved floral waters only. All other ingredients, quantities and manufacturing instructions must remain in accordance with your assessment.

What Is an Addendum?

An addendum is an official addition to an existing Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR), allowing specific ingredients or formulation changes that have been reviewed and approved by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor.

It must be used alongside the original assessment and does not replace your existing CPSR.

What Is a Cosmetic Safety Assessment?

A Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) is a safety assessment prepared and signed by a suitably qualified cosmetic safety assessor.

A CPSR is required before placing cosmetic products on the UK or EU market.

You are also responsible for ensuring your products meet all other applicable legal requirements, including correct labelling, product notification, maintaining a Product Information File (PIF), Good Manufacturing Practice and appropriate insurance.
