Update All Assessments with Your New Business Address

If you have moved premises, all of your Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs) held in your Fizzywhiz portal must be updated to reflect your new business address.

This update covers all assessments in your portal, so you don’t need to request changes individually.

Updating every assessment on your portal to your new address
Reissue of all CPSRs with the correct details
Secure upload of the updated paperwork into your portal

Why there is an admin fee
This process requires time from myself, our assessor, and our developer to amend your documents, reissue paperwork, and update our systems. The fee covers this combined administration time and ensures your paperwork remains fully compliant.

Important Information
This service is for an address change only. You cannot use this service to change your business name.
The fee is per business move and applies to all assessments together.
Please make sure the new address you provide matches the details held by your Responsible Person.

Once processed, all updated assessments will be reissued into your portal.
