How to access your addendum
All assessments and addendums are instant downloads in the Fizzywhiz Assessment Portal.

What is an addendum
An addendum extends your Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) so you can legally sell products with additional ingredients or decorative features such as mica powders.

What is an assessment
An assessment (CPSR or Flexi Assessment) confirms that your cosmetic product meets UK and EU cosmetic regulations. All assessments must be uploaded to the UK cosmetic portal and include:

• Correct labelling

• Product Information File (PIF)

• Insurance
